Rainy Day Giveaway Contest!

Needless to say August has been less than a stellar month for me. Aside from losing my job over a dispute between my boss and the building owner my health has taken another downward spin. I haven't been able to do much this month except clutch the hot pack tight to my tummy and pray for better days. That saying when it rains it pours? Well it's monsoon season in our house. So what better way to cheer myself up than to have a rainy day giveaway! So it's so easy first this is the prize:
And all you have to do for a chance to win is:
1. Leave me a comment on how you cope with rainy days (I need all the advice I can get!)
2. Be a follower or become a follower of my blog. (I promise you will see posts going up very soon!)
3. If you choose to share this contest on facebook or your blog then this will count as another entry! Please leave me the link in your comment!
THAT"S IT!

So I hope you'll join in for the fun of it and because I will be looking forward to hearing from individuals who have been through the same and have survived!
The winner will be announced on September 30th so don't forget to come back and see if you are the lucky winner! This contest is open to international participants as well.
All the best! :)

  1. Sending prays and hugs your way! Its true when it rains it pours...I know we have had our fair share in this house and its taken awhile for things to level off...I'm not going to say thing could always me worse haha yeah that's what people were telling me and it didn't make me feel any better and at the time I was in horror at how it could get worse LOL lets see what helped me was my family and of course my bestest friend in the whole world, she let me rant and rave and cry just a bit...our family became stronger...the bets advise I came give is to keep your chin up and it can't rain all the time! Not sure if any of that made any sense to you but I hope you at least smiled! Hugs to you and I hope your feeling better real soon!

  4. I do hope things get better for you. On rainy days, I sit and craft in my craft room, watch DVDs, and each chocolate all day! That makes me feel better. :) I did share on Facebook, but I don't know how you get the shared link.

  10. Ah, so sorry to hear this. Hope good luck comes your way soon. I'm no stranger to sadness either. Ironically I like to give things away when I feel down too. I either give a bag of craft stash to charity or to someone I know. Exercise helps (it really does) esp. yoga and relaxation techniques. Plus herbal remedies. You can also train your mind to think of nice things as you sleep and have lush dreams instead of horrible nightmares. Talking about it always helps too. I sometimes also find a new hobby or interest or reading something involving to keep my mind occupied helps.

    2. I too have stomach problems and I'm taking tablets to allow me to eat. I've had a camera down my throat which found nothing but very soon I'm having a stomach scan.
