believe

This month at Scrap Around the World the Mood Board revolved around the world of make believe of fairies and Fairy Tales and I was enthralled! I am still very much a kid a heart and love fairies and princesses! So I found myself not only making one layout for the Design Team reveal but a second one for myself. One of each granddaughter! Take a peek at my Magical Fairy Princess!
When I take the girls for a week each summer for holidays we often dress up and play in the woods. Of course Grandma is never without her camera. This summer I got some really lovely shots of Emily. At five she is still a tiny girl much like a pixie. I loved how she got so caught up in the role and you can see it by the smile on her face!
I received my LE Kit from My Creative Scrapbook and it had these amazing papers from Websters Pages new line Strawberry Fields! The graphics in this line are just gorgeous!
I did a lot of fussy cutting placing flowers and strawberries throughout my page. I used some Blue Fern chipboard for a change. I love these little trellis bits!
I did a lot of inking on this page and used moulding paste (yes home made! the pages smell nice!) using two different masks. I looked everywhere for this heart mask but couldn't find it anywhere. Lucky me I have a wonderful friend , Marilyn Rivera, who went out and bought one for me and shipped it up to Canada! She is the nicest person! So kind and sweet! Thank-you Marilyn, again!
The other mask is Rings and Puddles which I ordered from The Scrapbook Diaries! (Great store by the way!) I added the little Prima resin angels in as they just seemed to fit the theme perfectly.
Fussy cut flowers mixed together with Petaloo's gorgeous blooms and another tiny fairy. I even used twine on this layout lol! From gifts that were given to me I kept the twine. I made yellow and pink bows. You can see a peek of Dusty Attic in there as well in the small red clock frame.
And finally my title. believe. I do I guess I always will. We all need a little fantasy in life. I stamped the bottom of my page and used black embossing powder to make a bold border. Believe is another Dusty Attic chippie! Well that't it for this post. I will be back soon to make a revision to my contest! Adding a few things and due to problems with my computer I haven't been able to really get it out there so going to change things around! Make sure you come back and check it out! I am off to bed. Have a great evening! All the best! :)
