Bo Bunny Separate Cluster Challenge- Cherish

Over at Bo Bunny they are hosting a layout challenge involving the clustering technique. The challenege asks that you have two separate clusters on your page wiith a least two photos. This is my take on the challenge:
This is my grandaughter Lilly when she was only eighteen months old checking out the flowers that were planted in her name. The garden is full of a variety of lillies but these yellow ones were her favourite.
This is the first cluster on my page. Made up of homemade flowers along with some from Prima and Petaloo. I love the little bird nests out from Dusty Attic and had to include one on this page. I painted it brown for a base then went over it with distressing ink in Tim Holtz's scattered straw. The eggs were done with Robins blue and I added blue stickles to make them stand out more.
This is the second flower cluster again a mix of various flowers and also including a trinket from Bo Bunny's Country Garden line. I love the soft colors of this line! The rubon is also from Bo Bunny.

Close-up shots of the flowers I made by hand and with the help of my Silhouette.

Close-up of the DA bird nest and eggs.
Another piece form Dusty Attic I painted the chipboard with Gesso let it dry then inked it with the same blue I used on the paper. When I was done I added sparkles to make it a little more showy.

To make the page more interesting I did a technique I saw a few weeks ago on the Bo Bunny site on Resist Stamping. I stamped the page with two stamps one being the gorgeous flower from Bo Bunny's Forever Fall line with embossing ink and then added white embossing podwer over it. I used my heat gun to dry. I then went over the page with a medium blue ink to match the blue on Lilly's jumper in the pics. It didn't come out too bad for my first try. The quote at the bottom of the page is from Kaiser Craft. I love their quote sheets that are just full of a variety of different sayings on various topics one being Childhood which I used on this page. Well the sun is shining today so I am heading out for a walk before the snow hits us! Have a terrific weekend and thanks for looking! :)
